Receptionist/Scheduler (Homecare) – AMADA Senior Care of Southern Utah

At AMADA, our Receptionist/Scheduler will be responsible for providing comprehensive leadership for a premier home care company, operational management, and long-term growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Responsibilities: - Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in the following areas:
o Face of the company when someone comes into the office
o 1st point of contact when someone calls the company
o The ability to take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate person.
o Direct responsibility for scheduling (clients) and personally confirming schedules.
o Direct responsibility for Staffing (caregivers) and confirming schedules.
o May assist with conducting Phone Screening calls for potential new hires (caregivers)
o Schedule Face to Face interviews
o Update daily recruiting intake log
o Basic Data entry information into company software
o May assist and or conduct Orientation
o Place caregiver ads weekly
o Work directly with owner of AMADA Senior Care and assist with any tasks he/she assigns
- Qualifications: - Passion for working with Seniors - Prior experience working in the homecare industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Prior Scheduling and or Recruiting experience within the health care industry preferred - Previous management experience with direct supervision of a team of at least 5 - including hiring, training, performance management, daily operations supervision, and disciplinary measures as necessary preferred but not necessary - The ability to facilitate small-group presentation (PowerPoint), highly recommended but not necessary. - Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities - Schedule flexibility to work on-call as company grows
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently day in and day out. - MUST HAVE the following; Valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, working car, and proof of current care insurance - Schedule flexibility to work on-call as company grows - Basic Computer proficiency preferred (Microsoft Office, Outlook, create Power Points, Excel, IPhone, and IPad) as well as the ability to learn new applications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
