Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at Maverick Concierge. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, providing exceptional service and support. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality and lifestyle management.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate package deliveries and manage mail services for residents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for concierge services.
- Support event planning by coordinating logistics for private events.
- Maintain organized records and files related to resident requests and services.
- Collaborate with the concierge team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Friday and Sundays off, 9 am to 6 pm 1 hour for lunch
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and phone systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
