American Glass Professionals is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Contract Recruiter to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a high-volume recruiting role focused on hiring 30–40 sales representatives per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30–40 open sales roles per month
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and HR to meet hiring targets
- Maintain accurate candidate records and metrics
- Deliver a fast, professional, and positive candidate experience
- Support onboarding tasks as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (sales, call center, hourly, or field roles ideal)
- Proven success managing multiple open roles at once
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
- Must be comfortable working on-site in Tampa daily
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without micromanagement
What We Offer:
- $27/hour (1099 contractor role)
- 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
- 90-day contract with opportunity to extend or convert to full-time
