Referral Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all incoming referrals
- Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals.
- Obtain necessary authorizations and pre-certifications for specialist visits or procedures.
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of referrals, including documentation of patient information, referral details, and follow-up actions.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients by addressing their questions and concerns regarding referrals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
