We’re currently seeking a Regional Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate about fitness, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and wants to grow within a dynamic, high-performance team.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across the both our Frisco and Colony studios.
This is a sales-first leadership role. The Regional Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through memberships, managing lead follow-up, booking intro classes, and delivering an outstanding in-studio experience for prospects and current members.
Sales & Membership Growth (Primary Focus)
- Drive new member sales through POS closing, consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship building
- Manage and convert leads using LoyalSnap (CRM) and studio systems
- Book intro classes and sales consultations across both locations
- Track performance metrics and maintain accurate reporting on conversion rates
- Assist in hitting monthly sales goals for both studios
- Represent Hustle House at local events and in-studio activations
- Must sell a minimum of 15 memberships per month
In-Studio Responsibilities (30–35 hrs/week)
- Manage front desk operations: greet clients, answer questions, and manage check-ins
- Deliver exceptional first impressions to walk-ins, guests, and intro class participants
- Manage studio upkeep, cleanliness, and maintaining brand standards
- Work collaboratively with ownership, the Regional Director, sales associates and coaches to enhance the member experience
- Must take 1 -2 Hustle House classes a week
Administrative Sales Work (5–10 hrs/week)
- Work leads through follow-up calls, texts and emails.
- Book and confirm intro classes to maximize conversions
- Track outreach and lead status in LoyalSnap CRM
- Collaborate with the Regional Director on weekly sales planning and strategy
Who You Are
- A natural salesperson — confident, people-oriented, and goal-driven
- Highly organized and consistent in follow-through
- Excited about fitness and passionate about helping others get started
- Comfortable on the phone, in person, and over social media
- Experience with CRM tools (LoyalSnap, Mindbody, or similar) is a plus
Flexible schedule: available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and events. Must be available at least 6 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
