What You’ll Own:
-Multi-site oversight—ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and clinical quality across your buildings. -Executive-level mentorship—coaching and supporting administrators to drive compliance, survey readiness, and staff engagement. -Business intelligence—analyzing key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. -High-level problem-solving—anticipating challenges and implementing solutions before they become issues.
Travel expenses, hotel, meals, gas, car stipend, and a generous bonus structure included. Candidates should be available to travel to Toledo, Sandusky, Fremont, and Hudson.
What You Bring:
-Minimum 2 years of Regional Director experience in skilled nursing & rehab. - A track record of driving financial, clinical, and regulatory success across multiple locations. -The ability to develop and empower strong leadership teams. -Deep expertise in survey processes, compliance, and operational efficiency. -Active NHA license in Ohio.
