Your day to day
- Serve as corporate HR operations support to assigned company managed hotels and foster strong relationships with hotel HR leaders, Hotel General Managers, and respective corporate partners to have full understand of business needs
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, such as Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, L&D, Talent, to ensure hotel level topics are being appropriately addressed and focused on, and that various programs are effectively managed and executed in the hotels
- Provide coaching and guidance to hotel HR leaders and General Managers regarding employee relations issues
- Collaborate with other HR managers and HR senior management on major HR initiatives, policies and/or issues, including providing feedback on best ways to ensure effectiveness of initiatives
- Ensure companywide colleague related programs are being appropriately executed at the hotels
What we need from you
- 4+ years in progressive HR experience
- Experience as an HR generalist and in a hotel environment highly preferred
- Familiarity with variety of HRIS and ATS
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Extremely organized with ability to appropriately prioritize urgent issues
- Ability to lead and manage both direct and indirect resources effectively in a fast paced environment
Travel - 20% required
Location - This role can be based in any major metropolitan city preferably on the West Coast.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $110,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
