Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 DOE

Our client is a leading real estate development and property management firm based on the Westside of Los Angeles, overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the LA area. With continued growth and an expanding team, they are seeking a results-driven Leasing Manager to strengthen leasing operations and drive performance across multiple sites.
The Opportunity
The Leasing Manager will report directly to the Head of Leasing and work closely with on-site property teams across half of the client’s Los Angeles portfolio. This is a high-impact, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at problem-solving on the ground, and can confidently hold teams accountable for leasing performance.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee leasing performance across a large portfolio of residential properties
✅ Conduct regular property visits to evaluate and improve leasing execution
✅ Coach and support property managers; enforce accountability for leasing goals
✅ Audit and troubleshoot vacancy issues (e.g., signage, listings, responsiveness)
✅ Monitor communication standards—phone, email, and tenant interactions
✅ Ensure compliance in leasing materials, applications, and documentation
✅ Track operational performance, including timekeeping and system processes
✅ Generate leasing performance reports using Yardi and Excel
✅ Collaborate with the Head of Leasing on process improvements and training
Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of experience managing or supporting leasing/property management teams
✔ In-depth understanding of the full leasing cycle—from marketing to move-in
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage staff effectively
✔ Highly detail-oriented with a critical eye for operational and visual standards
✔ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
✔ Proficiency in Yardi is required
✔ Reliable transportation and ability to travel across the Los Angeles area
