Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee 20+ locations within the Florida market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multi-location management (14+ locations) and be willing to travel within the region. Position is remotely based and must live within region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive, productive working relationships with doctors in the region.
- Coach and develop team members at practice locations.
- Serve as a cultural leader, monitoring and managing team morale.
- Oversee practice location performance and operations, focusing on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual metrics.
- Understand staffing models and manage staffing levels effectively.
- Support strategic decisions and proactively propose ideas to leadership.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience at each practice location.
- Assist with the integration of new affiliations and the implementation of new processes and initiatives.
- Review and manage practice location schedules and doctor coverage.
- Conduct quarterly visits to each practice location and engage in weekly discussions with leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multi-location/multi-practice management, particularly in a vision, Veterinary, medical, or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
