Your Impact:

Develop and execute the regional group sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.

Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, agencies, and planners for events, weddings.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of group sales managers and account executives across the assigned region.

Partner with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to optimize pricing, packages, and promotions.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and performance metrics to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.

Represent Vacatia at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand brand presence.

Ensure alignment with company brand standards, sales processes, and operational excellence initiatives.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in hospitality,

Proven track record of exceeding group sales targets and leading multi-location sales teams.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.

Ability to travel extensively within the region and attend national sales events as needed.

Proficiency in Sales and Catering systems, and group processes
