We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner.- Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records to support the operations of the department.
- Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating logistics and resources.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring availability for staff and operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.- Proven experience in an administrative role or customer service position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and technology (e.g., printers, copiers, phone systems).
The pay range for this role is:
28 - 34 USD per hour(Remote (Alpharetta, Georgia, US))
