Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Manage inbound inquiries and proactively schedule virtual appointments
- Conduct remote consultations to assess client goals and recommend personalized insurance plans
- Present customized life and health coverage options aligned with client needs and budgets
- Support clients throughout the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions using CRM tools
- Stay informed on insurance products, compliance requirements, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in business development, sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and video conferencing software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
