Our team members across the country provide unparalleled customer service to our automotive clients and their customers. Our Remote Customer Service Representatives have personalities that shine through on the phone, and love making an impact with every customer interaction.


Working as a Remote Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbounds calls.
  • Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers.
  • Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals.
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.
