JGM Financial Agency, Inc., a licensed insurance agency serving New Jersey and Maryland, is actively looking for energetic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our licensed sales agents by transferring qualified leads. No insurance experience? No problem. We train you from the ground up!
What You'll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily (up to 500, with smart tech to support you).
- Speak with warm leads who have already shown interest in insurance products.
- Qualify and transfer live leads to our licensed sales agents in real time.
- Keep CRM records updated and help maintain pipeline efficiency.
Your Daily Routine Includes:
- Ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your communication and persuasion skills.
- Calling potential clients, engaging in meaningful conversations, and qualifying interest.
- Collaborating with your manager and peers for continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
- Base Pay + Bonuses: $17/hr to start, rising to $20/hr within 90 days. Top SDRs earn $800+ in monthly bonuses.
