We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Remote Word Processor to assist with typing, formatting, editing, and preparing documents. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, solo work involving Microsoft Word and other basic office tools.
Responsibilities:
Create and format documents (letters, reports, templates) in Microsoft Word or Google Docs
Edit existing documents for grammar, layout, and consistency
Apply consistent styles, headers, footers, and formatting across documents
Convert documents between formats (e.g., Word to PDF)
Insert tables, images, page numbers, and hyperlinks as needed
Save, name, and organize documents into appropriate folders or cloud storage
Follow document templates and formatting guidelines provided by the team
Requirements:
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs
Strong attention to detail and document consistency
Good typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred)
Ability to follow formatting instructions or templates
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
