We are a rental company with offices in Long Island City and the Bronx, servicing the TLC/Livery industry. We are looking for qualified individuals who can provide immediate assistance in various areas of our operation. Our business is experiencing tremendous growth and we need qualified individuals to help us manage that growth.
Responsibilities:
- assisting customers with their accounts
- meeting and greeting customers
- assisting the customer in the process of renting a vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Experience in retail sales and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Skilled in data entry and maintaining inventory control
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
