Summary
As a Rental Agent at Valley Truck Centers, you will play a vital role in facilitating the rental process for our customers. Located in Northeast Ohio, this position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with rental inquiries and provide detailed information about available trucks.
- Process rental agreements efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate rental terms with customers to maximize satisfaction and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental options to potential clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
