Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply primer (if needed) and paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers.
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on painted surfaces
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Order and pick up the appropriate amount of paint gallons for each property
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear while working
Experience:
- Previous experience as a painter or in a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools for painting and surface preparation
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
