Essential Job Functions
- Recruitment of subcontractors specializing in the areas of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, and other skilled trades
- Creation of competitive and comprehensive estimates based on an in-depth review of photographs and information gathered from resources in the field, that align with client expectations
- Communicating with contractors on properties including timeline adherence, quality standards and negotiating bids
- Photo review for completed jobs
- Responsible for improving customer satisfaction through adhering to timelines and quality standards
- Continually maintain a working knowledge of all company services
- Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workflow management
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of building trades (additional training provided)
- Proficient with computers and computer programs
- Ability to quickly learn company and client software
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload
- A positive approach to problem-solving
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year
