Job Description:
As a Repo Lot Agent, you will be responsible for managing the release of personal property, vehicles, and coordinating transport pickups in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate personal property pick-ups and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Facilitate vehicle releases to clients or authorized individuals
- Schedule and confirm transport pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all lot activity
- Ensure proper identification and release protocols are followed
- Keep the lot organized, secure, and compliant with company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing lot policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in towing, automotive, repossession, or logistics preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in high-stress situations
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Valid driver’s license required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
