Join our team and assist guests in planning their stay with ease and confidence. As a Reservations Agent, you’ll often be the first point of contact, helping create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment a guest books.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and confirm reservations through phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide detailed information on availability, rates, special packages, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain accurate and organized reservation records in the system.
- Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Promptly and professionally handle inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Operate reservation and property management systems efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations preferred.
- Proficient in multi-line phone systems and booking/reservation software.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and reservation procedures.
- Calm, professional, and detail-oriented, especially in high-pressure situations.
