Job Description: As a Professional Cleaner with Mollies Cleaning Service, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' spaces are impeccably clean and well-maintained. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks in residential homes and commercial properties, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. We service clients in Lawrenceburg/Pulaski up to Franklin/Brentwood and you'll need to be able to travel as far as these locations as needed.
This position is $21 per hour after training. Training pay is $15 per hour. Training lasts for 30 days. Hours will range from 15-25 hours until a consistent schedule is built. Paid time off starts accruing on day one after training is completed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and maintained.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or special requests.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect for clients’ properties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends if necessary.
