This is a part-time or full-time position in a luxury mixed-use building in the Back Bay of Boston. This position of Residential and Commercial Receptionist requires a mature, dependable, flexible person who works well independently. The Residential and Commercial Receptionist responsibilities include monitoring security and fire systems, answering telephones, coordinating response to the requests of condominium residents and office tenants with service staff, making building rounds, light clerical work and other tasks as assigned by management. Weekend hours are required.
