About Us:
We are a locally owned, eco-conscious cleaning company that specializes in:
- Recurring residential cleans
- Move-in/move-out cleans
- Deep cleans

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise a team of 3 cleaning professionals in residential homes
- Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded on every job
- Train new team members and provide on-the-job coaching
- Communicate effectively with clients and respond to special requests
- Manage supplies and equipment, and report maintenance needs
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience (2+ years preferred)
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
