This is a hybrid position and will require a minimum of 2 days on-site per week.
This role serves as a crucial link between our talent pool and internal project teams, focusing on optimizing talent allocation, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with project managers and leadership to align staffing needs with organizational goals and maintain transparent communication across HR, Professionals, and Sector Leaders.
- Engage with project teams to support funded, unfunded, and proposal positions, ensuring timely reviews, candidate alignment, and feedback.
- Guide and support Professionals in their internal search process, offering resources, feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Conduct talent gap and trend analysis to anticipate needs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition when necessary.
- Manage talent allocation and internal movement, ensuring optimal utilization, balanced workloads, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Track and report on resource utilization, staffing efficiency, employee satisfaction, and forecast needs to improve future planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 4+ years of overall professional experience.
- Prior experience with scheduling, resource management or Internal Mobility.
- Experience working within Government contracting with a focus on horizontal and matrixed organizational structures.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong collaborative skills, capable of partnering with various stakeholders including Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Learning & Development.
- Proficiency in data-driven insights to support effective planning and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and proactively communicate resource plans, risks, and solutions.
- Ability to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.

- U.S. Citizenship required
Physical Requirements:
- Office-based work with extended periods of sedentary activity and occasional movement
- Travel by car or air to attend meetings and conferences as needed
- Frequent communication with colleagues, management, and clients, including presentation delivery and accurate information exchange
