We are seeking a Chef with two or more years experience to join our team!. We are opening a new upscale Italian Restaurant that has liquor license with indoor and outdoor dining. Total indoor seating is about 100 + seats. Currently anticipate opening 8/1. Looking for someone that is interested in developing menus, presentation and has a passion for great food!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
- Manage Culinary Staff
- Manage Food Cost and Budget
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Experience in Italian and Italian American Cuisine
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
