We’re searching for a passionate and experienced Chef to lead the kitchen at our artisan bistro inspired concept that celebrates seasonal menus, North Carolina ingredients, and the creativity of its chef.
Located in the heart of the Triad, our bistro offers a bright, welcoming space that’s deeply rooted in community and elevated by a rustic-chic atmosphere. We focus on farm-to-table freshness, thoughtfully crafted breads, and bold, honest flavors.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen leadership experience in a professional restaurant setting
- Proven ability in staff leadership, scheduling, and kitchen operations
- Skilled in ordering, food costing, and inventory management
- Passion for local sourcing and showcasing seasonal North Carolina ingredients
- Strong understanding of flavor balance, presentation, and modern lunch bistro trends
- Eagerness to develop rotating menus that reflect your style and culinary point of view
