Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for register operations.
- Support various roles within the restaurant, including cashiering and serving.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Experience with retail math and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
