Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Weld and fabricate parts as necessary for repairs or modifications.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
- Experience in supervising teams or projects is preferred.
- Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
