Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Process payments using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold standards of guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety standards is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate guest interactions and team collaboration.
- Experience with sales techniques to enhance guest experience through recommendations is beneficial.

Pay: $18.57 - $19.00 per hour
