Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our brick-and-mortar store while also supporting our growing online shop. This hybrid role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing inventory and team workflow as they are styling displays and offering personalized customer service. It's part creative, part operational—and 100% essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to ensure a seamless, enjoyable customer experience
- Greet and assist in-store customers with furniture, accessory, and gift purchases
- Welcome interior design clients and assist during in-store meetings
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate receiving, unpacking, and product tagging
- Fulfill and coordinate shipments for online store orders
- Create compelling shop displays and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Train, mentor, and manage part-time staff or interns as needed
- Implement sales strategies to support revenue goals
- Maintain a clean, inspiring, and organized store environment
- Analyze sales data and help guide product decisions and layout
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and retail best practices
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with warmth and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in retail management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team
- Excellent customer service skills and a love for home design
- Strong creative eye and experience with visual merchandising
- Proficiency in retail systems and inventory platforms
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move boxes and furnishings as needed
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and product cycles
- Bonus: experience in a design-related retail environment
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position, Tuesday–Saturday schedule preferred
