Pocus exists to supercharge GTM teams. We make every rep a 10x seller. With Pocus, organizations can have fewer, better reps to drive increased pipeline and revenue.
How? We’ve created the world’s most powerful, AI-native prospecting platform.
Pocus influences nearly half a billion in pipeline per quarter for our customers. We’re trusted by high growth companies like Asana, Monday, Canva, and Miro where Pocus powers up to 50% of their pipeline and eliminates 10+ hrs of work per rep per week.
Pocus has hundreds of always-on AI agents doing the manual, tedious work of researching & prospecting so that reps can do what they do best: sell. With Pocus AI agents working for them, rep’s days are simplified. Reps get alerts when compelling events happen, account plans are generated by AI, and agents recommend who to reach out to with the next best action. We’re fortunate to be backed by First Round, Coatue, and execs like CEO Zoom, CPO Adobe, CRO OpenAI, who are helping us usher in this future of sales.
The Pocus team is full of humble overachievers that like to move quickly (we call it shiperate), own our work, give customers superpowers, and create magic for our team… all while having a ton of fun. Join us on this next phase of growth!
Why this role
Foundational impact. We’re scaling fast and need the right systems, data, and processes to keep up. You’ll be the architect behind the infrastructure that powers our entire go-to-market motion — and a key partner in how we grow revenue.
High visibility. This is a central role with direct exposure to company leadership and a mandate to work across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance. You’ll be the connective tissue that ensures we operate with clarity and efficiency.
Opportunity to build. Our current stack and workflows have gotten us to where we are — but we’re ready for the next phase. You’ll define how RevOps and GTM Systems scale at Pocus, from first principles to future-proofed infrastructure.
Strategic seat. This isn’t just an execution role. You’ll have a voice in planning, drive key revenue decisions, and be expected to bring a strong point of view on how we operate, forecast, and grow.
What you’ll do
1. GTM Systems
Own the GTM systems roadmap — particularly HubSpot CRM, enrichment, attribution, and lifecycle automation
Own the integration of our existing GTM infrastructure and ensure that data flows between the tools appropriately
Design and maintain scalable infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, and CS tooling
Build workflows, routing, integrations, and automation to reduce friction and drive productivity
Ensure strong data hygiene, enrichment, and reporting accuracy across the funnel
Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tools - with a strong POV on buy vs. build
2. RevOps & Strategy
Own territory design, segmentation, and quota modeling across the sales team
Partner with leadership to define, implement, and iterate on compensation plans
Support annual and quarterly planning with capacity models, coverage analysis, and forecasting input
Build operational leverage by identifying bottlenecks and fixing them with systems or process
3. Revenue Analytics
Define and maintain core dashboards for pipeline, funnel conversion, rep performance, and customer lifecycle
Partner with GTM and Finance to drive forecast accuracy and visibility
Track sales efficiency, rep ramp, and productivity metrics - and use data to recommend action
4. GTM Operations
Run our deal desk - helping structure deals, standardize workflows, and unblock edge cases
Own quote-to-cash infrastructure (e.g., HubSpot <> Stripe integrations)
Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access across GTM systems
Maintain documentation for system logic, workflows, and data definitions to support scale and transparency
Ensure GTM systems and processes support compliance (e.g. SOC 2 audit readiness)
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone that meets the following characteristics:
Experienced in RevOps or GTM Systems. You’ve owned RevOps and GTM systems at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You know how to build scalable infrastructure and processes that scale from <$10M to $50M+
Technical fluency. You’re comfortable stitching together tools with no-code platforms and AI using things (like Zapier or N8N), building lightweight workflows, and writing basic scripts or SQL if needed. You can debug and build without needing an engineer for every change.
Systems thinker. You love designing clean, scalable systems — whether it’s a routing engine, reporting schema, or lifecycle automation. You’re scrappy and pragmatic.
Forward thinking. You’ve worked with modern GTM stacks (bonus points if you have experience with Pocus!) and understand how to make them work together to power growth. You stay at the forefront and push the boundaries of RevOps best practices.
Analytical and detail-oriented. You care about clean data, clear definitions, and accurate reporting. You’re comfortable diving into funnel metrics, attribution models, and forecasting logic.
Strategic partner. You bring structure to ambiguity and act as a thought partner to Sales, Marketing, CS, and BizOps leaders. You’re energized by solving cross-functional problems.
Clear communicator. You document workflows clearly, write crisp updates, and can explain systems to both technical and non-technical teammates.
Bias for action. You move quickly, take ownership, and prioritize business impact. You’re excited to build leverage and scale with the company.

As a start-up, alignment to culture and values is a top priority. People that are successful at Pocus, regardless of role, strongly identify with the following:
You are a humble over-achiever. You’re constantly asking for and excited about feedback that helps you learn and grow.
You don’t take yourself too seriously. You like to work hard but not without plenty of smiles and laughs along the way 🙂
You are delusionally optimistic. Big challenges and projects excite and motivate you.
You have exceptional integrity and always do the right thing, even if and especially when no one else is watching.
You are a problem solver, not a problem identifier. Your first reaction when encountering something that isn’t working is to think “What can I do to make this better?”
You strive to perfectly balance individual initiative with humility and collaboration, understanding when it is better to ask for help and when it is better to solve a problem independently.
You move with a self-imposed sense of urgency. You strive to constantly find the perfect balance between speed and quality and you understand when to make that tradeoff.
You have a high bar for quality and you honor your commitments.
You are excited about building foundations and you love learning new things as part of that. You have a bias towards documentation and writing things down.
You are excited about working in an early stage, high growth, fast paced environment where you can have meaningful ownership and impact on the business - and understand that requires exceptional effort and commitment
