Key Qualifications
- Roofing or construction experience (flat, shingle, or metal systems preferred)
- Ability to diagnose roof issues and perform service/repair work
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills for working with clients, crews, and office staff
- Tech-savvy (smartphone/tablet for photos, reporting, and job management)
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day roofing projects (residential & commercial)
- Perform small repairs, service calls, and leak investigations
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure jobs meet company standards
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and building owners during projects
- Order materials, coordinate crews, and ensure timelines are met
- Document roof conditions, repairs, and project progress with photos/reports
- Provide accurate estimates for service work and minor repairs
- Maintain professional, timely communication with clients and the office team
