We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas in our establishment. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries professionally.
Skills
- No experience necessary, will train.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
