Position: Sales and Operations Coordinator
Location: New York, NY 10019 (Hybrid work schedule)
Duration: 3+ months
Pay Rate: 24/hr per hour (W2)
Position Summary:
The Sales and Operations Coordinator will be a part of the Operations team and report directly to the Sales Operations Manager. This role is responsible for supporting sales and production teams to ensure operational excellence across both Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and non-EDI customers. The role also includes managing third-party seller platform tasks and handling daily operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and send purchase orders and EDI documents to the Sales and Production teams
- Coordinate all aspects of shipping for purchase orders
- Enter purchase order data into Microsoft Excel
- Manage routing, labeling, and create Bills of Lading
- Generate style codes and assign UPCs
- Create and set up new customer accounts
- Implement and maintain trackers for business status and approvals
- Generate reports and complete special projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards
- Support Sales in maintaining third-party seller platforms, including case generation, issue resolution, and store maintenance
- Manage product creation on third-party selling platforms
- Run weekly and ad hoc sales reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- One to three years of relevant experience
- A strong interest in growing within sales operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Third-Party Seller Platforms: Online marketplaces that allow businesses to list and sell their products directly to customers. These platforms provide infrastructure like payment processing and customer service.
Bill of Lading (BOL): A legal document used in the shipping and logistics process that details the type, quantity, and destination of goods being shipped.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour
