We are accepting applications for a hard working Sales and Service Associate to join our team.
Duties include, but not limited to; calling customers about their appliance repair request, scheduling and routing, creating work orders and ordering parts, following up on customer inquiries, and appliance sales.
Qualifications:
-MUST have a high school diploma or equivalent
-MUST have reliable transportation and ability to commute to work location.
-MUST be able to pass a background and drug screening
-MUST be able to work independently
-MUST be able to operate a multi-line phone system and computer.
-MUST be customer service oriented.
- MUST be able to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
-Previous verifiable customer service experience in a service dispatch routing environment is desirable.
