Reboot Staff is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales operations, managing client communications, and helping drive revenue growth by streamlining administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
Coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Manage data entry and CRM updates for customer interactions.
Handle order processing and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate performance summaries.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
