What you’ll do
Support the Founder amp; CEO by preparing client proposals and sales presentations.
- Take strategic notes from the CEO and turn them into clear, professional decks and proposals.
- Recommend the right packages, tiers, and strategies based on client needs.
- Improve and refine sales presentations and processes over time.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in Airtable.
- Follow up with prospects and clients after proposals are sent.
- Collect real-world examples, case studies, and insights to strengthen proposals.
Assist with client onboarding tasks when new deals close.
What you bring
Experience in sales support, sales coordination, or account management.
- Background in SEO and digital marketing a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create and improve sales decks and client-facing presentations.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about our company and how search/digital strategy works.
- Comfort with Airtable and presentation tools (or ability to pick them up quickly).
- Proactive about follow-ups and keeping sales operations running smoothly.
(Bonus) Basic graphic/design skills for making decks more polished.

Type: Part-time contract (with the opportunity to expand into full-time as we grow)

Schedule: Flexible, but must overlap with EST for team/client coordination
Compensation
Contract role, hourly pay based on experience
