Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)Experience in warehouse racking, logistics, or industrial equipment sales is a strong plus.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and coach our Account Executives, ensuring they consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. You’ll enforce CRM discipline in HubSpot, refine sales processes, and partner with Marketing to convert campaigns into revenue.
You’ll play a key role in scaling our team and strengthening our position in the warehouse racking industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Lead the team to achieve monthly & quarterly gross profit targets
- Define expectations, KPIs, and provide regular coaching
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and 1-on-1s
Sales Execution
- Assist in closing deals and overcoming objections
- Forecast revenue and monitor pipeline progress
- Ensure timely follow-up on all inbound and outbound leads
Process & CRM Management
- Drive CRM hygiene and usage (HubSpot required)
- Refine deal stages, statuses, and follow-up processes
- Provide consistent reporting for data-driven decisions
Team Development & Culture
- Build and maintain a high-performance, accountable culture
- Recruit and train new AEs as needed
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and MQL follow-up
Key Metrics / KPIs
- Team & individual gross profit performance
- Weekly activity targets (calls, emails, outreach)
- Pipeline health and deal progression
- HubSpot adoption and accuracy
- MQL → SQL → Closed/Won conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ years in sales leadership or team lead role
- Experience managing remote or hybrid sales teams
- HubSpot expertise (required)
- Background in warehouse, logistics, or industrial equipment sales (preferred)
- Strong leadership, accountability, and results focus
