ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Sales & Operations Manager at YogaSix Idaho, you will be a dynamic leader overseeing the day-to-day operations, sales performance, and community engagement efforts across multiple studios. You’ll guide an energetic team, foster a strong and inclusive studio culture, and drive key business outcomes through smart strategy, exceptional service, and goal-oriented leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Leadership
- Leads with a performance-driven mindset, consistently driving toward revenue targets and studio growth goals
- Trains, coaches, and motivates the sales team to follow a high-converting sales process, from lead generation to membership conversion and retention
- Monitors and analyzes KPIs (conversion rates, new member acquisition, renewals, etc.) to inform strategy and optimize results
- Creates and executes outreach campaigns, studio promotions, and member referral programs to boost engagement and sales
- Maintains strong product knowledge across all service lines (classes, memberships, workshops, retail, teacher training) to confidently promote studio offerings
Business Leadership
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive, goal-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow memberships, retail sales, and teacher training revenue
- Track studio performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Maintain strong operational standards and identify process improvements
- Lead local partnership and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Oversee systems related to sales, billing, collections, and client experience (e.g. ClubReady, POS)
- Anticipate potential concerns and adjust strategies accordingly
Team Management
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with our studio values
- Provide coaching and feedback to develop team members and support their growth
- Coordinate scheduling, front desk operations, and overall staffing needs
- Lead team trainings and ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures
Studio Culture & Member Experience
- Maintain a positive, welcoming, and community-driven studio environment
- Foster strong relationships with staff, instructors, and members
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and hospitality at all times
- Represent the YogaSix brand values and promote our mission with enthusiasm
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of management experience (boutique fitness or retail preferred)
- Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong ability to train and coach entry-level team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Ability to oversee multiple revenue streams and track performance metrics
- Available to work some evenings and weekends, as needed, 40+ hrs a week
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with membership software systems (e.g. ClubReady)
- Background in wellness, fitness, or hospitality industries
- Grassroots marketing or community engagement experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to move between studio locations and assist with light facility needs
- Must be able to hear and communicate effectively in person and via phone

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
