Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic negotiation. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities, engage with clients, and deliver exceptional service. The Sales Professional will work closely with both inside and outside sales teams to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize our in-house CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Conduct inside sales activities including cold calling and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Discuss pricing and services with clients
- Communicate clearly with technicians about job expectations and changes
- Engage in retail sales efforts by providing excellent customer service and upselling products when appropriate.
- Schedule and dispatch mobile detailing teams efficiently across the Atlanta metro area
- Manage and update our scheduling software
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Help maintain an organized, customer-focused sales pipeline
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or business development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of both inside and outside sales strategies, including retail sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive strategic decisions.
