Job Description:
We're building a team in Kentucky! This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground level of a fast-growing brand in one of the fastest-growing industries. You will be one of our first hires in the state of Kentucky, meaning you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, sales team, and brand. You will work closely with our Sales Leads to drive growth through increased market saturation, expanding into new markets, and building brand awareness.
Field Reps Must:
- Close new accounts while continuously increasing sales in current accounts.
- Identify opportunities, note trends, and creatively solve problems.
- Understand the key selling points of our products and be able to explain them clearly and concisely.
- Understand all facets of the company's processes and products to answer impromptu questions with confidence and clarity.
- Be perceptive in determining the interests of each customer and modify your sales pitches on an individual basis.
Managing Customer Relationships and Communications:
Field Reps are responsible for servicing a large geographical territory. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Visiting a minimum of 50 stores per week.
- Closing new accounts and nurturing relationships with current ones.
- Accounts range from liquor stores to convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and vape shops.
- Ensure account profiles, notes, updates, and orders in our CRM are accurate at all times.
- Participate in in-store tastings, trainings, and events.

Requisites:
- Must reside in Kentucky, preferably near Louisville, KY.
- Must be comfortable with frequent and long-distance driving.
- This includes but is not limited to daily driving routes and overnights up to 4 days per week.
- Applicants must be at least 21 and willing to submit to a background check.
Preferred but not required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Previous in-field experience with proven success in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
Soft Skills Desired:
- Listening, observant, collaborative.
- Professional, honest, intelligent.
- Adventurous, gritty.
Hard Skills Desired:
- Organizational & task management skills.
- Experience with a CRM is a plus.
Compensation:
As an exempt employee, you will receive a base salary plus commissions. Additionally:
- 7 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 80 hours of PTO, paid sick time.
- Group benefits for medical, dental & vision that include 50% of your premiums covered by the company.
- All hotel and gas expenses are reimbursed/paid for by the company.
- Per Diem of $50 a day for work-related overnight trips.
- $35 cell phone stipend.
