Looking for a person that has actually and personally done large remodels or new homes. Must have reliable transport, must be skilled in finish carpentry, hanging doors and overseeing subs.
Must be truly interested in helping create our Company. this is not "just a job" I need someone who know what it takes to get a project to completion by being interested in the quality that subs and oneself if doing.
Must be on time daily, no drugs at all. No alcohol during the week so you are alert and can SEE the condition of the project.
Need to know enough about the various trades so you know when someone is bull-s-----g you.
Lastly physically able to work and able communicate with others so as to resolve the problems that can come up on a project.
