Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development, with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Must have an existing book of business selling builders and interior designers in the SLC / Park City area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and territory management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Upsell existing clients on additional products or services that meet their needs.
- Provide regular updates on project status, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
