Job Title: Sales Support Assistant (Part-Time, Remote – Richmond Hill, GA)
About the Role:
Salty Soft Wash is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Assistant to join our Sales Team! This part-time, remote position starts at 20 hours/week with the potential to grow into a larger role. The ideal candidate will be local to Richmond Hill, available to work mornings, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
You’ll report directly to our Sales & Marketing Strategist, work closely with the sales team, and help keep our client experience running smoothly from first contact to follow-up. While the role is remote, attendance at monthly in-person team meetings is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on new and outstanding quotes
- Reconnect with older leads (30+ days) using pre-written scripts
- Schedule jobs, confirm service dates, invoice clients, and follow up as needed
- Manage incoming Meta/Facebook messages and schedule discovery calls
- Conduct weekly “Happy Calls” to check in on recently completed jobs
- Support and outreach for the Sparkling Clean Club
- Assist the sales team with outbound initiatives
- Handle basic admin tasks and CRM updates to keep lead data current
- Occasionally assist with after-hours calls (flexible coverage)
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and social media messaging
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Able to work mornings consistently
