Scheduler – DNH Property Inspections
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our growing property inspection team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating inspection appointments, managing multiple inspectors’ schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and comfort working with scheduling software and digital tools. The Scheduler will play a key role in supporting our inspectors and delivering excellent service to clients and real estate professionals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule property inspection appointments promptly and efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and text inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, realtors, and inspectors to confirm appointments and gather necessary details.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems (Spectora, Google Calendar, and related tools).
- Ensure inspectors’ calendars are optimized for efficiency and travel time.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, report handling, and follow-up communication.
- Monitor daily workflows to ensure inspections are confirmed and prepared in advance.
- Assist with intake processes for new clients, collecting property details and inspection needs.
- Support office operations and contribute to a positive client experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer software such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with real estate, property inspections, or construction industries is a plus.
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
