Valley County Health System (VCHS) Loup City Medical Clinic has a great career opportunity available for a full-time Medical Clinic Scheduler to join our team. This position will work 40 hours per week primarily at the Loup City location with some travel to Ord and Burwell. This position includes a Saturday morning rotation.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities include scheduling patient medical clinic appointments, receiving and directing patients and visitors to the appropriate areas of the facility, processing various paperwork and performing clerical duties to support the daily business activities of the clinic.
REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent • Must have a working knowledge of business office practices • Experience with computers, multi-line telephones, copiers, fax machines • Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills •
