Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule shifts for caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and other staff
- Communicate staffing changes or cancellations promptly
- Maintain up-to-date availability and contact records
- Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires
- Provide on-call support as needed
- Experience in healthcare scheduling or staffing
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of scheduling software a plus
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Customer-service mindset
