Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Represent as first impression for all Team Members ensuring Guest Excellence standards.
- Provide support to Team Members with daily needs, such as wardrobe items, and involve leadership support when necessary.
- Ensure proper updates in all systems related to the operation – DocuSign, Mobaro, Pronto, Micros, Schedules, and other systems as assigned.
- Provide support to designated cost center Team Leadership by completing weekly work schedules, ensuring their accuracy and posting in accordance with established guidelines.
- Coordinate with cost center Team Leadership to fill/schedule required positions as needed to ensure designated areas operate at Guest Excellence.
- Coordinate with Team Members to account for requested days off, leave of absence requests and other availability related situations.
- Coordinate with Human Resources to provide necessary support in all areas of hiring, supporting, tracking and clearing of assigned Team Members.
- Review labor forecast and align schedules to meet labor management expectations.
- Work with Operations Teams to understand labor needs of individual cost centers and make decisions based on that information to schedule locations accordingly.
- Maximize the efficiency of schedules including staying within the guidelines of the budget model, developing initiatives to maximize team members’ availability and following ACA classification requirements.
- Provide verbal and written communication for scheduling changes as required.
- Update staffing matrix as required.
- Provide office support as/when required, including taking messages and receiving visitors
- Provide organization of all Team Member files, ensuring that all files are kept up to date.
- Review and audit training documents and ensure appropriately filed.
- Answer park phone and represent Wild Adventures Theme Park with all Team Members, Guests, and Vendors.
- Monitor the centralized call-in line daily and identify/contact replacements as necessary.
- Ensure proper use of park radio – including park codes and proper radio etiquette.
- Ensure appropriate communication to Operational Leadership Team to ensure success of daily operation.
- Check In/Out credit card machines to Team Members, as needed, ensuring sales are batched and submitted to Sales Audit.
- Provide change/pickup to Toll booth operators as needed
- Ensure credit kiosk machines are stocked with card stock/receipt paper
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with documentation retention policies and procedures.

General
- Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures

- Must present professionally in appearances and in interactions and communication.
- Must be willing to maintain composure and proper attitude under pressure.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Job can regularly require nights, weekends, holidays and hours exceeding a
40-hour workweek.
- Must possess energy and ability to be a brand advocate both internally and externally.
- Must have the ability to withstand all temperatures of weather for long periods of time in some cases.
- Satisfies Wild Adventure’s standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Proven skills in time management, short and long-term planning and strong organizational skills to be able to coordinate multiple tasks. Experience in using and understanding time tracking and labor scheduling software preferred

Proficient knowledge of computer software (UKG,Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
