Job Title: Landscaping Scheduler & Purchasing Coordinator

We’re currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler & Purchasing Coordinator. This key role supports our field teams by ensuring materials are ordered on time and jobs are efficiently scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule crews and jobs daily, ensuring optimal routing and productivity
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field staff to confirm scheduling details
- Order materials, tools, and supplies for upcoming jobs, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain and update job boards, calendars, and internal scheduling systems
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations
- Communicate proactively with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays or issues
- Support office administration as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Prior experience in scheduling, purchasing, or office coordination (landscaping or construction industry a plus)
- Comfortable answering phones and providing customer support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software (Aspire exp preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
