Inch & Co Outdoor is a fast-growing, full-service landscaping company known for our high-quality work and customer service. We’re currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler & Purchasing Coordinator. This key role supports our field teams by ensuring materials are ordered on time and jobs are efficiently scheduled.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule crews and jobs daily, ensuring optimal routing and productivity
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field staff to confirm scheduling details
  • Order materials, tools, and supplies for upcoming jobs, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain and update job boards, calendars, and internal scheduling systems
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations
  • Communicate proactively with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays or issues
  • Support office administration as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Prior experience in scheduling, purchasing, or office coordination (landscaping or construction industry a plus)
  • Comfortable answering phones and providing customer support
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software (Aspire exp preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
